The Nightly Sketch: Cafe Zoetrope

A more recent addition to the Nightly Sketch series. I love the Sentinel Building (early 20th century) – it’s close to the North Beach neighborhood in San Francisco.

While drawing this, I realized I don’t love drawing architecture because of the very many small repetitions. Maybe one of these days I’ll break and start using a ruler…
